Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
§1 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the LiqquidLabs online store and for concluding sales contracts between the Seller and Customers.
The store is operated by LiqquidLabs (the "Seller"). Contact: info@liqquidlabs.com.
The offer of the store is directed to customers in Poland; purchases by customers from other European Union countries are also possible. These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer protection law.
§2 Products and Made-to-Order Builds
The store sells custom-built computers assembled to the individual specification chosen by the Customer (color scheme, cooling type, performance tier and related components).
Components for each build are ordered from suppliers individually for the specific Customer order. Each build is assembled, tested and quality-checked before shipment.
Product pages present the available configuration options and their prices. The binding price is the price displayed for the selected configuration at the time of placing the order.
§3 Orders
Orders can be placed through the store's checkout or arranged individually by e-mail (individual order). For individual orders, the order summary e-mail constitutes confirmation of the contract's terms.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
Prices are displayed in PLN or EUR depending on the selected region and include applicable VAT.
§4 Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Delivery times for made-to-order builds are indicated on the product page and in the order confirmation. The build process begins after payment is received.
§5 Right of Withdrawal — Exclusion for Custom Builds
Pursuant to Art. 38(1)(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to contracts in which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item manufactured to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy the consumer's individualised needs.
Custom-built computers configured by the Customer (choice of color scheme, cooling, performance tier) and assembled from components ordered for that specific configuration fall under this exclusion. This is clearly indicated on each product page before purchase.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the Customer's statutory rights in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract (see Returns & Complaints Policy).
§6 Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract under the rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
Complaints procedure is described in the Returns & Complaints Policy.
§7 Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose of performing the contract, handling complaints and fulfilling legal obligations of the Seller.
§8 Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
The Seller may amend these Terms; orders placed before an amendment are processed under the previous version.
