Returns & Complaints Policy

1. Made-to-Order Builds — No Right of Withdrawal
Custom-built computers offered in our store are assembled to your individual specification: you choose the color scheme, cooling type and performance tier, and we order the components for your specific configuration from our suppliers after your order is placed.
For this reason, pursuant to Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to these products. This information is also displayed on every product page before purchase and confirmed in your order summary.
The same applies to individual orders arranged by e-mail, where the exclusion of the right of withdrawal is confirmed in the order summary e-mail.
2. What This Does Not Affect — Your Statutory Rights
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit your statutory rights in any way if the delivered product is non-conforming with the contract (defective, damaged, or not matching the ordered configuration).
If the goods are non-conforming, you may request repair or replacement, and in cases provided by law — a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The Seller is liable for non-conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years.
3. How to File a Complaint
Send your complaint to info@liqquidlabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos documenting it.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the complaint is justified, we will repair or replace the product, or — where applicable — reduce the price or refund the payment.
Shipping costs of a justified complaint are borne by the Seller. We will provide instructions for safely packaging and shipping the build.
4. Damage in Transit
Each build is carefully packaged and tested before shipment. If the packaging shows visible damage on delivery, please note this with the courier and contact us immediately at info@liqquidlabs.com.
5. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including mediation, permanent consumer arbitration courts, and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
