Keep your water cooling cool, clean and leak-free
Water cooling needs care. Over time, coolant loses its protective additives, dye fades and deposits build up in the blocks and radiators. Temperatures creep up, flow drops and, in the worst case, a fitting starts to weep. A yearly service prevents all of that.
In our yearly service plan we take the loop apart, flush and clean every part, replace the tubing if it needs it, check the loop for leaks and refill it, in a new colour if you like. Then we run performance tests to make sure nothing has degraded. The service is door-to-door: a courier picks your PC up and brings it back.

Questions we get asked
How often should a custom loop be serviced?
Once a year. That's what our yearly service plan covers, and for loops we built it also keeps the 5-year warranty valid.
Do you service loops you didn't build?
As a rule, no: we service the loops we built. We make exceptions when you're planning a bigger change, such as an upgrade or new hardware, and the result is a build we're happy to put our name to.
How does my PC get to you?
A courier picks it up from you and brings it back after the service. Shipping is charged separately; we agree on it when you book. Pack the PC, ideally in its original box. We can send packing materials on request.
Can I change the coolant colour?
Yes. The loop is refilled during every service, so it's the right moment for a new colour.
How long does it take?
Up to 72 hours, not counting shipping. If you need a PC in the meantime, we can arrange a replacement for a fee.
How much does it cost?
The yearly service costs €500. Shipping is charged separately.
Can you upgrade my PC at the same time?
Yes: new components, new tubing or a complete loop redesign. Tell us what you have in mind when you get in touch.
